Shipping policy
Every item is made to order and shipped from our nearest regional fulfilment partner. We charge a single flat rate per region:
- European Union: €5.99 flat
- United Kingdom: €5.99 flat
- United States, Canada & Mexico: €7.99 flat
- Canada: €9.49 flat
- Australia & New Zealand: €10.99 flat
Production takes 2–5 business days, with delivery typically 5–10 business days after that. Tracking is e-mailed once your order ships. If an item arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@thegrimstitchery.com with your order number and clear photographs.
