At The Grim Stitchery, each product is conjured to order — crafted especially for you by our fulfilment partner, Printful. Because every piece is custom-made, we cannot offer automatic returns or exchanges for items simply ordered in error, or if you change your mind once production has begun.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective in any way, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@thegrimstitchery.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item. Our wraiths will review the case, and where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with Printful’s fulfilment policies.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly printed items.
  • Each claim must be raised within 14 days of delivery.
  • Returned items must remain unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

As all products are produced on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing, colour preference, or change of heart once an order has been submitted. Please check sizing guides carefully before ordering.

Processing Time

Approved replacement or refund requests are processed as swiftly as possible once verified. We will notify you by email regarding the outcome and any next steps.
