The Grim Stitchery is operated through Shopify and uses Printful as a fulfilment partner. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any additional policies referenced here or available by hyperlink.

2. Products and Availability

All products are made to order. While we strive for accuracy in product descriptions and images, variations in colour, placement, or scale may occur due to print and material differences. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update products without prior notice.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in your chosen currency and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust pricing or correct errors at any time. Payment must be completed at checkout through the secure options provided by Shopify. No orders are produced until payment has been received.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are fulfilled and shipped by Printful from the facility nearest to the customer whenever possible. Delivery times may vary based on location and production schedules. Once an order has been dispatched, shipping responsibility transfers to the carrier.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Each item is custom-made and produced to order. Returns or exchanges are accepted only in cases of defect, damage, or misprint in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy. We do not accept returns for reasons of buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or colour preference once production has begun.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, text, and images displayed on this site are the property of The Grim Stitchery unless otherwise stated. They may not be reproduced, copied, or redistributed without written permission. Use of our products or website for unauthorised purposes is strictly prohibited.

7. Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to ensure information on this site is current and accurate. However, occasional errors or omissions may occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors and to update product or pricing details at any time without notice.
